By placing an order for any product from DURAECO.COM ("DURAECO.COM "), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and DURAECO.COM agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and DURAECO.COM. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from DURAECO.COM.

DURAECO.COM offers high quality products at very competitive prices. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will try to resolve the situation to the best of our ability. Please refer to the Return Policy instructions.

Payment Method
Domestic Orders
1. Credit Card
DURAECO.COM accepts Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Please make sure to give the exact billing address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please specify the shipping address on the “Address Information” during checkout process.
2. Prepaid Cashier's Check or Money Order - No Personal Checks
DURAECO.COM accepts cashier's checks and money orders. However, the funds must be cleared prior to shipment.
International Orders
Currently, DURAECO.COM only accepts wire transfers in advance for international orders. Please contact a sales representative to obtain factory prices for wholesalers. Orders can also be placed by fax or email. Please know the extra shipping and handling costs will be billed separately.
Sales Tax
DURAECO.COM will automatically charge and retain the applicable sales tax for all orders.
Orders
At DuraECO.com, we do our best to provide the most accurate and timely information on our products and services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high degree of electronics automation, software, and human contact, it is possible that an occasional error or errors may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s), DuraECO.com has the reserves right to cancel order(s) placed with our company.
We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers, the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the DuraECO.com Website, products shipped in error or otherwise.

Shipping Methods
DURAECO.COM utilizes both the United States Postal Service and UPS for order delivery. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
1. USPS First-Class Mail - Parcel
It’s our standard shipping for small parcel. We use this shipping service for small items with weight less than 13OZ including packaging.
2. USPS Priority Mail
We would recommend to use USPS Priority mail for parcel over 13OZ to take the advantage of fixed flat rate offer (anywhere in the United States) from USPS.
3. USPS Express Mail
USPS guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations. Please visit www.USPS.com to find out details before you select this shipping service.
4. UPS Ground
- 5-7 business days.
- No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes.
- 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- AK, HI, PR, and VI: Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.
- APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
5. UPS 2nd Day Air
- 3 business days from the ordered date.
- No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes.
- 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- AAK, HI, PR, and VI: Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.
- APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.
6. UPS Next Day Air Saver
- 2 business days.
- No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes.
- 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- AK, HI, PR, and VI: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.
7. UPS Next Day Air
- 1 business day.
- No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes.
- 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- AK, HI, PR, and VI: Items will be shipped via UPS.
- APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
- All cleared orders placed before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will be processed within 24 hours.
Shipping Policy
- DURAECO.COM offers United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or USS Ship.
- UPS does not ship on holidays and weekends.
- DURAECO.COM processes orders only during regular business hours Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
- All cleared orders will be processed and shipped normally within 1 business day.
- A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the Customer, the validity of the billing/shipping information, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
- Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
- Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.
- Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
- Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
- All orders less than one pound and with total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 7-9 to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).
Return Policy
Physical damage to any item will void the product's warranty. Physical damage is defined as altering of the product's physical appearance that differs from its original state at the time of purchase. Examples of physical damages are, but not limited to, dents, cracks, chips, burns, stains, dints, cuts, and scratches. Damages under this definition voids any warranty previously implied for the product by DURAECO.COM. If Customer receives damaged units, Customer must report to DURAECO.COM within 15 calendar days in order to file the claim.
Hardware Products
No refund or replacement credit will be issued after 15 days of the date when the product is received. All returns on hardware products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, on account that the product is in its unused, original packaging condition, if there are missing parts to the item being returned, DURAECO.COM reserves the right to refuse returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Used Defective products may be exchanged for the exact or a comparable product or your account will be credited for the amount of the product plus tax. The Shipping and Handling fee and any credit card surcharges will be excluded on any credit that DURAECO.COM issues. All products that have been Used, Scratched, and Damaged are non-refundable and will not be replaced.
DURAECO.COM is an online retailer and therefore not responsible for defective merchandise from the manufacturer. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns to DURAECO.COM and in return, DURAECO.COM will only cover shipping charges back to the Customer for the defective product with approved RMA request. The Customer is responsible for risks of loss on all returned shipment. If the detective merchandise is under warranty it will be repaired or replaced. On returning defected items, the Customer must obtain a RMA number on all warranty items.
When returning a product, please make sure to send it in its original packaging that it came in including warranty cards, manuals, software and accessories. The invoice must also be included. The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label. No exchange or credit will be issued to used or non-original packaging merchandise.
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is determined by shipping carriers undeliverable and returned to DURAECO.COM, Customers can request DURAECO.COM to have the product reshipped by paying a new shipping cost, or Customers can request a refund. Refunds will be issued for product cost only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
DURAECO.COM, its website, its operations, all the information contained within the website, its products sold, and year 2000 compliance are provided "as-is." DURAECO.COM does not offer and expressly disclaims any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to its website and the use of it, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DURAECO.COM, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of its website, its contents and products sold.
DURAECO.COM is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in regards to pricing, specifications, applications, and photography in its website. Information contained in the website is subject to change at any time without notice. Information and warranties on brand name products is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Manufacturer information is also subject to change at any time without notice. DURAECO.COM takes great effort in ensuring the accuracy of information and pricing of products on its website, providing Customers a confident shopping experience. However, in the event that typographical errors cause a discrepancy in product description, compatibility, and pricing, DURAECO.COM has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed with the incorrect information and/or price. DURAECO.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order even if the order has been confirmed and the credit card charged. In the event that the credit card has already been charged for the product in question, and order cancelled under this provision, DURAECO.COM will immediately inform the Customer and issue a credit or refund to the credit card account with the amount that was charged for the item.
DURAECO.COM disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for the content, picture, its accuracy, validity, and legality of any of the websites linked to or from the DURAECO.COM website.
The www.DURAECO.COM website is wholly owned and operated by DURAECO.COM. All materials found on this site such as: logo, text, content, graphics, icons, images, site design, selection, assembly and arrangement are the sole property of DURAECO.COM.
All the printer brand names and trademarks shown in DURAECO.com are the properties of their respective holders and are referred here for descriptive purpose only. We are not associated with any printer manufacturer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between DURAECO.COM and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. DURAECO.COM and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agreed not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against DURAECO.COM that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the DURAECO.COM 's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between DURAECO.COM and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between DURAECO.COM and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
DuraECO.com reserves the right to make changes to its Terms And Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to visit the Terms and Conditions section of this website from time to time in order to keep track of the changes that have been made.
