Please log-in to Manage My Account and click “See Orders”. You have access to a full history of order details, tracking status for open orders. Also you can click “Re-Order Items” to quickly re-order items from the past orders.

Shipping Methods

DURAECO.COM utilizes both the United States Postal Service and UPS for order delivery. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• USPS First-Class Mail - Parcel
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Express Mail
• UPS Ground
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• UPS Next Day Air

Please also note:

• DURAECO.COM processes orders only during regular business hours Monday - Friday, and shipped normally within 1 business day.
• Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
