A Tool that Gives You Control

Access to the full range of tools and resources available to you starts with a click of the Manage My Account link located right underneath the shopping cart summary. On the Manage My Account page, you have access to your detailed account information and features including:

• Billing Services
  See all Transactions: Where you can view previous and current activities and status.
  Print a Statement: With one click you can view invoices from the past 30 days for Print, Email, and Fax.
• Order Reports
  See Order status: You have access to a full history of order details, tracking status for open orders.
  See Return Requests: You can view your RA status.
  Re-Order Items: Where you can view your previous ordered items and place new orders without searching from the entire website.
• Support Tools
  Contact Support: A well developed tool that you can send us a question, request return, damaged product, wrong item, shipping, special pricing for bid, forgot password, etc.
  See Support Cases: Where you can see all cases that you have sent and their status.
  Edit Your Profile: You can configure shipping and billing address information, shipping method, and payment information.
